Shoppi operates as a marketplace platform, connecting buyers with merchants. Please note that individual merchants may have specific return and refund policies. We encourage you to review the merchant's policy before making a purchase.

The following terms are applicable for any products and services purchased through our platform, unless otherwise stated by the merchant.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to:

    • Shoppi UG, DE319818344, Schonensche Str. 13, Berlin, 10439, Germany (for customers in the European Union). EU operations are managed by the German entity.
    • Shoppi Ltd, 207 Regent Street, Suite 8, Third Floor, London W1B 3HH, United Kingdom (for customers in the United Kingdom).
  • Marketplace refers to the platform provided by Shoppi that allows You to purchase Goods and Services from various Merchants.

  • Merchant refers to the third-party seller offering Goods or Services on the Marketplace.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Marketplace.

  • Services refer to the services offered for sale on the Marketplace.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods or Services from a Merchant through Us.

  • Website refers to Shoppi, accessible from https://www.shoppi.app

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Marketplace, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Marketplace, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

As Shoppi is a marketplace, the cancellation rights may vary depending on the Merchant's policies. We encourage You to review the individual Merchant's cancellation policy before making a purchase.

However, unless otherwise specified by the Merchant, You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or Services.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us or the Merchant of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us by:

Please note that certain Goods and Services are exempt from being returned or refunded, as specified below.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise specified by the Merchant, in order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • The Goods are unused and in the same condition that You received them.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions apply for certain types of Goods and Services:

  • Digital goods and services: Once accessed or downloaded, these cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Perishable goods or items with limited shelf life.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Services that have been fully performed or consumed.
  • Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Items and Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on the part of the Merchant or Shoppi.

If You paid for shipping, and You decide to return the product without any defect or error on our part, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to the Merchant, unless otherwise specified by the Merchant's policy.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

Refunds

Once the Merchant receives your returned Goods, they will inspect them and notify You of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the Merchant's policy. We will assist in facilitating the refund process if necessary.

Services and Digital Goods

For Services and Digital Goods purchased through the Marketplace, refunds are generally not possible once the service has been consumed or the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

Please review the Merchant's policy regarding refunds for Services and Digital Goods before making a purchase.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased, please refer to the Merchant's gift return policy.
